Payment Information

Credit purchases are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers.

Communications

If you contact our support team, we retain records of that correspondence to help resolve your inquiry and improve our Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process credit transactions and send related receipts and confirmations

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors (cloud infrastructure, payment processors, analytics) who access your information only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

If AddStaff.ai is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

Following a deletion request, we will remove your identifiable data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams for meeting functionality, as well as Supabase for data storage and authentication. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
