When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo through Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including meeting session metadata (duration, platform used), credit consumption logs, browser type, operating system, IP address, and pages visited within the application.

Payment Information

Credit purchases are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers.

Communications

If you contact our support team, we retain records of that correspondence to help resolve your inquiry and improve our Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Process credit transactions and send related receipts and confirmations
  • Personalize your experience and deliver relevant in-app notifications
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and optimize performance
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activity

We do not use your meeting session data to train AI models or sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

If AddStaff.ai is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

With Your Consent

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@addstaff.ai. Following a deletion request, we will remove your identifiable data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how users interact with our platform.

  • Essential cookies — required for authentication and core functionality.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams for meeting functionality, as well as Supabase for data storage and authentication. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
